How we handle the information you send when you request a demo.
What we collect and why
When you request a demo, you give Harpoons AI your name, company and email address. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and arrange a call.
This notice covers demo enquiries through this website. Please do not include sensitive information or customer data in the form.
Where enquiries are stored
We store demo enquiries in Google Cloud, separately from Harpoons account and research data. Access is limited to the people and services that handle enquiries.
Stored enquiry submissions are scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
Spam protection
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated spam. When you submit it, your browser contacts Google for verification. Google processes information about that interaction under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
You can email us instead if you prefer not to use the form.
