Read what your buyers’ leaders say in public
Executives write blog posts, publish on LinkedIn and give interviews. What they say shows their priorities in their own words. Harpoons collects the posts that matter to you, with short quotes and dates.
Why a leader’s own words matter
A leader’s own words are the best evidence of what they care about. When a CFO writes about a cost problem, you know what’s on their mind. The same goes for a CTO who says a system is holding them back.
It also gives you a natural way to start. You can refer to something they said, instead of a guess about their priorities.

How we record what a leader said
We keep what they said apart from what we infer. If a leader writes “we are evaluating a regional launch”, the brief records a stated intention. It doesn’t say the launch has happened.
We don’t claim to know a leader’s opinion from weak hints. If we can’t be sure who wrote something, we don’t attribute it to them.
