Account prioritization that shows its working
Your priority list ranks every target account by who to contact now. It changes when your accounts change, and every rank comes with its reasons.
Start each week in the right place
You might have 1,000 target accounts. Most of them aren’t buying today. A few are, because something changed: a new leader, a new market or a problem with a supplier.
Your CRM won’t tell you which ones. The record stays the same while the company moves on. And no seller can research 1,000 accounts every week.
Harpoons does that research for you. Your priority list puts the accounts with a reason to talk now at the top. You start with them.
What each account shows
- Score
- Where the account ranks against your other accounts, and how far it moved since the last update.
- Latest signal
- The most recent change that matters to you, such as a new leader or a system change.
- Checked
- When we last checked the account. Separate from the date the news was published.
- Reasons
- The factors that raised or lowered the score, each linked to its source.
- Account brief
- The full context: who to contact, why now and how to open. See account briefs.
How the ranking works
The ranking follows rules you agree with us. It isn’t a black box.
-
We grade each account against your ten factors
Your factors are agreed with you on your scoring call. We grade each one from evidence we can source and date.
-
Your weights set what matters most
You decide how much each factor counts. A heavier factor moves an account further.
-
We add it up into one score
The score is simple arithmetic on the grades and weights. Each account brief shows how much every factor added.
-
The list updates as things change
It updates every week as new research comes in, and straight away when you change your weights.
One list for the whole team
Everyone at your company sees the same ranking. When someone saves a change to the weights, the list updates for the whole team. Nobody works from an old copy.
Your AI agents can read the same list through MCP. They work from the same priorities as your sellers.
Honest about what we don’t know
Sometimes we can’t find evidence for a factor. When that happens, the account says so. We don’t count a missing answer as a yes or a no.
You can see which factors we assessed and which we couldn’t. So you know how complete each score is.
A score is a ranking, not a forecast. It tells you where to start. It doesn’t predict whether an account will buy.
